This is economic, social and information architecture built for the infrastructure superintelligence will eventually run on - designed from the outset to integrate into society rather than stand apart from it. It is built to be welcomed inside the dense, interdependent relationships of modern democratic societies: strengthening the institutions it touches, rewarding the individuals and communities that support and sustain it, and hardening itself against the influences that would divert it toward different ends.

We work to strengthen the combined performance of the human, the machine and the organisation acting together, drawing on medical, biological, pharmaceutical, legal, ethical, decisional-support, governance, information, knowledge and insight systems. The aim is to protect the integrity of the intent-action-outcome chain in the moments where time is critical, and in the long afterward - where that record comes under audit challenge, narrative reframing, and the biases of interpretation that arrive after the fact.
